Custom Club WordPress Theme
Meeting schedules, a join form and event RSVPs for clubs
Clubs live and die by who shows up and the person thinking about joining usually checks three things first: when you meet, what it costs and whether anyone has posted a photo from this year. A club theme from Foxco keeps those answers current, with a meeting schedule and location map on the homepage, a join form that lays out dues and membership levels, an events calendar with RSVP forms and photo albums organized by event. An officers page shows who to contact and a newsletter archive gives new members the backstory. It's $999 installed and configured, a one-time cost any treasurer can explain at the next meeting.

Club theme questions
Is this a template or a custom theme for our club?
It's custom. Foxco's club framework is the starting point and from there we add your brand, your meeting details and your photos.
How quickly could we launch?
7-10 days once we have your logo, photos and content. Rush jobs are possible when our bandwidth allows, which helps if a big event is coming up.
Can members RSVP and pay for events?
Every event can carry an RSVP form with guest counts and meal choices. Paid tickets and dues collection are a custom project we can add.
We change officers every year; is that a hassle?
No. The officers page is a simple list you edit from the dashboard, so swapping names and photos after elections takes a few minutes.
A photo from this year does more for a club than any mission statement. It tells a curious visitor that people still show up and have a good time, which is the main thing they want to know before their first meeting.
Meetings people can find
Whether you're a car club, a garden club, a book club or a service club, the meeting schedule sits on the homepage with the day, time and a map to the location. If you move a meeting for a holiday, the change takes a minute from your phone and nobody drives to an empty hall.
Joining without the awkwardness
The join page explains dues, membership levels and what members get, from events to discounts to voting rights, with a form that sends new applications to your membership chair. Prospective members can read the newsletter archive and browse photo albums by event, so by the time they show up they already recognize a few faces.
Easy for whoever is running things
Officers change every year or two and the website shouldn't need a specialist each time. Foxco builds the theme so a new secretary can update the officers page, post an event with an RSVP form or upload an album without a tutorial, which keeps the site current after the founding members hand off the keys.
