Arizona has a rule for the backcountry -- pack it in, pack it out and leave nothing behind. We run your data the same way, and this is the whole trail from the first form you fill out to the day we wipe it.
foxco.net, run by Foxco LLC ("Foxco"), an Arizona LLC and micro agency out of Metro Phoenix. Anything you send us through this site falls under this policy.
Your name, email, phone and message when you reach out, billing details when you buy something and anonymized traffic stats while you look around. Card numbers go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never pass through us.
Into answering you, doing the work, sending the invoice and figuring out which pages on this site pull their weight. It doesn't wander off the trail.
A few outfitters -- hosting, email and payments through Stripe and PayPal -- each carrying only what it needs. Nobody buys a seat on this hike and nobody ever will.
Essential cookies keep the cart and security working. Analytics cookies are optional and you can put them out anytime by clearing or blocking cookies in your browser.
We've worked with 500+ companies and we don't talk about their sites, their ad accounts or their numbers. Whatever you share to get the work done stays at camp.
Inquiries and order records are kept for 5 years and then deleted. Project logins don't even get that long -- they're wiped the day we hand back the keys.
Ask to see your data, correct it or delete it and it's done within 30 days. If CCPA / GDPR gives you more where you live, you get that too.
If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it and big changes get posted here first.
