Will we be on a template or a custom theme?
A custom theme. Foxco starts from its association framework and builds it out with your brand, your membership tiers and your content.
How long does it take?
Plan for 7-10 days after the logo, photos and content come over. A rush before conference season is possible depending on our bandwidth.
Can members log in for member-only content?
Password-protected pages for member resources come with the theme. Full membership management with dues, renewals and individual accounts is something we'd scope as a custom build.
Can the member directory be searchable?
Directory pages sorted by category or region are included. A searchable directory where members update their own listings can be added as a custom project.
Stale flyers send a message about the organization behind them, fair or not. A current site tells members the association is active and worth the dues, which is what every renewal season comes down to.
Membership that sells itself
The benefits page spells out what each tier includes: events, resources, discounts, directory listings, certifications or advocacy. A join form collects the details your membership staff need and routes them to the right inbox. Prospective members on the fence can see who else belongs, which tends to settle the question for professionals deciding where to spend their time.

The annual conference is often the biggest moment of the year for an association.
