No. We start from our Shopify framework for clubs and build it out with your brand, your membership options and the gear and event pages your members use.
How soon could we launch?
Most club stores launch in 7-10 days once we have your logo, photos and dues and event details. Rush jobs depend on our bandwidth.
Can members pick up gear at a meeting?
Yes. Shopify's local pickup can be set to your meeting location, so members choose pickup at checkout and skip shipping.
Can dues renew automatically each year?
Annual auto-renewal runs through a Shopify subscription app as a custom project. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
Once dues run through checkout, the treasurer's report comes straight from the order list and nobody argues about the picnic cash anymore. That leaves more of the meeting for whatever the club exists to do and the website starts pulling in new members on its own.
Membership options that fit
Individual, family and student memberships each get their own product and price, with a short list of what's included next to each. A new member pays and lands on a welcome page with the meeting schedule and contact info for the officers, which beats waiting for someone to remember to send an email.
Gear people want to wear
Shirts, hats, patches and stickers sell with size and color variants. Limited runs for an anniversary or a rally can be listed as preorders that close on a set date, so you order the right count. Pickup at the next meeting is offered at checkout through Shopify's local pickup, which saves everyone a trip to the post office.
Events with a headcount
Foxco sets up event tickets for banquets, road trips and tournaments with a cap on each, so the organizer knows the count before booking the venue. Discount codes give members their price while guests pay the standard rate and every event page carries the date, the place and what to bring.
