Custom Sports Club WordPress Theme
Tryout sign-ups, program pages and club news for sports clubs
A sports club runs on volunteers, tryout weekends and a group chat that's always one message away from the same question about practice times. A custom sports club WordPress theme gives that question a permanent answer, and Foxco sets it up with program pages for each age group and level, a tryout registration request form, a coaching staff directory and a news section for results, schedule changes and fundraisers. Board members, field locations and club policies all sit in one place so new families stop guessing who to ask. The theme is $999 installed and configured and it makes the club look as organized as the people running it wish they felt on a Thursday night.

Sports Club theme questions
Is this a generic template?
It's a custom WordPress theme. We start from our sports club framework and build it out with your crest, colors, programs and photos.
Can it be live before tryouts?
Usually. We need 7-10 days once we have your logo, photos and program details and we take rush jobs depending on bandwidth.
Can families register and pay online?
Tryout registration requests are built in. Full registration with payments, or a link to your governing body's registration platform, can be added as a custom project.
Can volunteers update the site?
Yes. Coaches and board members can get their own logins to post news, results and schedule changes without access to the rest of the site.
The group chat will always be busy. It just gets a lot quieter once every answer has a link a new parent can find without asking around. The volunteers running the club get some of their evenings back too.
Programs explained for new families
Rec, development and competitive teams mean different time commitments and very different fees. Each program page lays out ages, season dates, practice expectations and costs, so families pick the right level the first time. Tryout requests come in with birth year, position and experience, which makes sorting a busy tryout weekend far less painful.
A club that looks run by grown-ups
Parents trust a club with clear policies. The theme includes a coaching staff and board directory, a code of conduct, refund and uniform policies and a page for field locations with maps, which covers most of the questions your registrar would otherwise field by phone during dinner.
News that keeps families close
Foxco sets up a news section for tournament results, field closures, fundraisers and player spotlights, with volunteer logins so coaches can post their own updates. Sponsors get a place to be thanked publicly too, which helps a great deal when it's time to ask for next season's support.
