Is this an event template?
It's a custom WordPress theme. We start from our conference framework and build it out with your brand, agenda, speakers and sponsors.
When can we launch?
7-10 days after we have your logo, photos and content. Announcing soon? A rush build is possible depending on our bandwidth.
Can attendees register on the site itself?
Registration buttons link to your ticketing provider by default. On-site registration with checkout and attendee management can be added as a custom project.
Can we keep past years online?
Yes. Each year's agenda, speakers and photos can live in an archive, which gives sponsors and speakers proof of the crowd you draw.
The attendee skimming your agenda under the conference table has maybe a minute to give you, so the theme puts the reasons to go right where that minute gets spent.
An agenda that answers questions
Filters by day, track and session type let people find the talks relevant to their job in a couple of taps.
