Custom Customer Portal Shopify Theme
Quick reorders, login-only collections and order history for regulars
Repeat buyers have a favorite email to send: same as last time, please, shipped by Thursday. That email means somebody on your team has to dig up the old order and rebuild it by hand, which is exactly the job a good customer portal on Shopify takes off their plate. Foxco builds a custom customer portal Shopify theme where logged-in buyers see their order history, reorder past items in a couple of taps, download spec sheets and documents tied to their account and browse collections that only their account type can see. Guests get the public store and regulars get a portal that feels built for them. $999 covers the whole build, installed on your Shopify store and configured.

Customer Portal theme questions
Do we get a standard portal template?
No. We start from our Shopify framework for customer portals and build it out with your brand, your products and the account pages your regulars use every week.
How soon can customers log in?
Usually 7-10 days once we have your logo, product details and the account types you want. A rush is possible if our bandwidth allows it.
Can wholesale customers see different prices?
The theme can show wholesale-only collections and messaging based on a customer's tag in Shopify. Price lists that change by customer are handled by Shopify's own wholesale features on eligible plans or by an app, which we can set up as a custom project.
Is it safe for customer documents?
Shopify handles login and account security and the theme only shows a document to the account it's assigned to. Highly sensitive files belong in a dedicated file-sharing service, which we can link from the portal.
Every same-as-last-time email is a small rebuild job for someone on your team; the portal turns that job into a button the customer presses on their own schedule.
Order history with a reorder button
Logged-in buyers land on an account page that lists their past orders with the products, quantities and dates. A reorder button drops the same items back into the cart, where they can adjust a quantity and check out through Shopify checkout. Saved addresses make life easier for buyers who ship to several locations or switch between the shop and the warehouse.
A store that changes with the login
Customer tags in Shopify decide what each buyer sees, so wholesale accounts can open collections retail shoppers never find and dealers can see products that only make sense in bulk. The account home carries announcements, new arrivals and anything you want your regulars to hear about before the public does.
Documents and requests in one place
Foxco sets up an account downloads area for spec sheets, certificates and price sheets tied to each customer, plus a request form that already knows who's asking and which account they buy under. Your team gets complete requests and your buyers stop hunting through old emails for an attachment somebody sent last spring.
