Product setup guides, order help and searchable answers for stores

$999 Installed and configured

Plenty of returns start as a confused customer holding a part that goes on the other way around; they pack it back up because the instructions went in the recycling with the box. A help center catches that before it costs you a shipping label, which is why stores on Shopify build their knowledge base right into the storefront where every product page can point at its own setup guide. Foxco builds a custom knowledge base Shopify theme with searchable articles, categories for setup, care, shipping and returns, step layouts with photos and video and a contact link at the bottom of every answer. It's $999 installed on your Shopify store and configured to match the rest of your brand.

Knowledge Base theme questions

Template or a help center built for our store?

Built for your store. We start from our Shopify framework for knowledge bases and build it out with your brand, your product lines and the articles your customers need most.

How long until the help center is live?

Most help centers go live in 7-10 days once we have your logo, product photos and the articles you want to launch with. Rush jobs depend on how much bandwidth we have that week.

Can each product show its own setup guide?

Yes. Product pages link to their matching guide through a product field you fill in once, so a new product gets its help article the same day it goes on sale.

Can you move our articles from another help desk?

We can import a reasonable batch of articles as part of the build and clean up formatting along the way. A large migration or a ticketing app from the Shopify app store can be scoped as a custom project; any app fees are billed by the app maker, separate from the $999.

That part going on backwards is a fixable problem and the fix lives a click away from the product page, which is exactly where a customer looks first when something doesn't fit.

Guides attached to the right products

Every product can carry a link to its own setup or care guide, so the answer travels with the thing they bought. Articles follow numbered steps with space for photos, short videos and warning callouts. Longer guides get a table of contents up top, which helps the customer who only needs step seven and has no interest in rereading the first six.

Order questions handled up front

Where's my order, how do I return this and when does the sale end make up a big share of any store's inbox. The help center gives each of those its own clear page with tracking links, return steps and shipping times, plus a search box that offers matching articles while someone is still typing. Customers find the answer and your support queue stays shorter.

Easy for your team to keep current

Foxco sets up articles so your team can add or edit them from the Shopify admin without touching code. When a supplier changes a part or the return window moves, someone updates one page and every product that links to it is current again. A contact link at the bottom catches the rare question the articles miss.

Help that ships with every order.
