Custom Property Management Shopify Theme
Rental listings, application fees and owner service plans
The two-bedroom on Elm went up yesterday and by this morning there are nine voicemails asking if it's still open, three of them from the same person. Property managers who take payments through Shopify already know the checkout is the easy part; getting applicants, tenants and owners to the right page before they call the office is the hard part. Foxco builds a custom property management Shopify theme with vacancy pages that say plainly what's available, application fees collected through Shopify checkout, a maintenance request form with photo upload and service plan pages that show owners what you charge and what they get. It's $999 installed and configured on your Shopify store and the phone gets a little quieter.
Applications in and units turned faster.

Property Management theme questions
Template or built for our company?
Built for you. Foxco starts from its Shopify framework for property managers and builds it out with your brand, your properties, your service plans and the forms your office uses.
How long until we can take applications online?
Usually 7-10 days once we have your logo, property photos and fee details. Rush jobs can happen when our bandwidth allows.
Can applicants pay the application fee online?
Yes. The fee is a Shopify product, so applicants pay through Shopify checkout and the order comes in with their details. Screening and lease signing would run through a dedicated app or provider as a custom project.
Can owners sign up for management online?
Owners can pick a service plan and pay the onboarding fee through Shopify checkout, then the owner intake form collects the property details. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps go to Shopify and the app makers directly, apart from the $999.
Those nine voicemails all wanted the same three answers: is it open, what does it cost and how do I apply. When the vacancy page answers all three and takes the fee on the spot, the office gets its morning back for showings.
Vacancies that answer first
Each open unit gets a page with photos, rent, deposit, move-in date, pet rules and a short note about the neighborhood. When it leases, you mark it unavailable and it drops off the list, which keeps applicants from falling for a unit that was signed last week. Applicants can tell in ten seconds whether a unit fits their budget and move date.
Fees and add-ons at checkout
Application fees, pet fees, reserved parking and storage cages work as simple Shopify products, so the money and the details arrive together. Applicants get a receipt right away and your team stops tracking who paid by matching names against a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
A clear pitch for owners
Foxco builds service plan pages that spell out leasing, full management and add-on services in language an owner with one rental can follow. The intake form asks for unit count, current rent and timing, so the first call starts with real numbers on the table.
Owners who stay and tenants who renew.
