Custom Coach WordPress Theme
Lesson packages, athlete intake forms and camp sign-ups for coaches
Private coaching gets sold in the bleachers, by one parent telling another that their kid's swing finally clicked after a few lessons. When that other parent goes home to look you up, a custom coach WordPress theme from Foxco picks up the conversation with your playing and coaching background, lesson packages by sport and age, an athlete intake form that asks about position, experience and goals and a sign-up page for clinics and camps. Video breakdowns and highlight clips fit right into the gallery, which shows your eye for detail better than any paragraph could. You get it for $999 installed and configured and it turns a good word at a tournament into a booked lesson the same night.

Coach theme questions
Am I buying a template?
You're getting a custom WordPress theme. We start from our coaching framework and build it out with your brand, your sport and the way you run lessons.
How long until it's live?
Expect 7-10 days once you send your logo, photos and lesson details. Rush jobs are available depending on bandwidth.
Can parents book lessons on the site?
The intake form and lesson request are built in and send everything to your inbox. A live calendar for booking open slots can be added as a custom project.
Can I share private video feedback with athletes?
The video gallery handles public highlights and technique clips. A private area where each athlete sees their own breakdowns can be added as a custom project.
Bleacher talk still sends you your best athletes. The parent who hears it checks you out on a phone before reaching out, which is where the site earns its keep and where a thin social profile tends to lose the lesson to someone who looks more established.
Your background front and center
Parents and older athletes want to know where you played, who you've coached and what you focus on. The about page covers your playing career, certifications and athletes you've helped reach the next level, written in your words. It's the first thing a skeptical parent reads, so it gets prime placement on the homepage.
Lessons that come in organized
Lesson packages show sport, age range, session length and how many sessions come in a block. The intake form collects position, years playing, current team and what the athlete wants to fix, so the first lesson starts with real work instead of twenty minutes of getting to know each other.
Clinics, camps and video
Foxco builds a clinic and camp page with dates, age groups and a sign-up form, plus a video gallery for swing breakdowns and highlight reels. Holiday clinics and summer camps are much easier to fill when every detail lives in one link you can drop into a team group chat.
More athletes and fewer scheduling texts.
