Custom Festival WordPress Theme
Lineups, ticket links and vendor applications for festivals
A festival website gets ignored for eleven months and then hammered by thousands of people in the same week, all of them asking where to park. Foxco builds a custom festival WordPress theme ready for that spike, with lineup and schedule pages you can update as acts confirm, ticket buttons that send people to your ticketing page, vendor and sponsor applications, a festival map and an FAQ block covering parking, re-entry and what you can bring in. The off season gets a countdown and an email signup so the crowd is there when tickets drop. It's $999 installed and configured, which leaves more of the budget for the stage.

Festival theme questions
Template or custom theme for our festival?
Custom. Foxco starts from its festival framework and builds it out with your brand, lineup, map and sponsor logos.
How far ahead should we start?
The build takes 7-10 days once we have your logo, photos and content. If tickets go on sale soon, tell us; rush jobs depend on bandwidth.
Can we sell tickets on the site?
Ticket buttons link out to your ticketing provider out of the box. Selling tickets directly on the site with checkout can be added as a custom project.
Can vendors apply through the site?
Yes. The vendor application form collects business details, booth needs, power requirements and photos. A review dashboard with approval emails can be scoped as a custom project.
Eleven quiet months and one frantic week is a strange traffic pattern and the theme is built for both halves of it. Most of the year it has to keep people interested; for one week it has to answer the same handful of questions for everyone at once.
Ready for festival week
When the lineup drops and the crowd shows up all at once, people want three things: who's playing when, how to get in and where to park. Schedule pages by stage and day, a map with entrances and lots and a know-before-you-go block cover all three without anyone digging through social posts for answers.
Built for the off season too
Between festivals, the homepage switches to a countdown, last year's photos and an email signup form. That keeps the momentum going from one year to the next. Foxco sets it up so your team can swap seasons in the WordPress dashboard without waiting on a developer to flip a switch.
Vendors and sponsors in one place
Food vendors, artists and sponsors all need different information and they all need it months before the gates open. Application forms collect booth size, power needs and product details, while sponsor pages show tier benefits with logos from past years. Your vendor coordinator gets organized submissions instead of a pile of emails.
Bigger crowds and fewer parking questions.
