Passes, vendor booth fees and a year-round merch shop for festivals

$999 Installed and configured

Festival merch has a strange shelf life: the shirt with this year's lineup on the back keeps selling for years, yet most festivals only offer it from a folding table by the gate. Foxco builds a custom festival Shopify theme that runs the business side of the weekend all year, with passes and VIP upgrades set up as products, parking and camping add-ons, vendor booth fees paid at checkout and a merch collection that stays open long after the stage comes down. Lineup and schedule pages are easy to update as acts confirm and a countdown keeps the off-season homepage from going stale. It's $999 installed on your Shopify store and configured, which is a small line on any festival budget.

Festival theme questions

Template or a festival theme built for us?

Built for you. Foxco starts from its Shopify framework for festivals and builds it out with your brand, passes, merch and event pages.

How early should we start before passes go on sale?

The build takes 7-10 days once we have your logo, artwork and pass details, so a month ahead leaves room for testing. Rush jobs depend on our bandwidth.

Can the store handle the rush when passes drop?

Shopify hosts the checkout, so on-sale traffic is its job to carry. We keep the pass page light and the cart simple so buyers get through quickly.

Do apps cost extra?

Usually. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps, such as a ticket scanning app, are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.

That lineup shirt is the easiest proof that a festival is a brand people want to carry around. A Shopify store is where that brand earns money during the other 51 weeks of the year.

Passes, upgrades and the stuff people forget

General admission, weekend and VIP passes sit as products with variants. Parking, camping and shuttle add-ons show up in the cart, which is the moment people remember they need them. Scannable tickets and gate check-in come from ticketing apps in the Shopify app store; setting one up is a custom project we can handle.

Vendors and sponsors who pay up front

Food trucks, artisans and nonprofits apply through a vendor form and pay their booth fee through Shopify checkout once they're approved. Sponsor tiers are listed with clear benefits and prices, so a local bank or brewery can commit without three meetings. Foxco sets up the tiers so you can rename or reprice them each year.

A merch shop that outlives the weekend

Limited lineup tees, posters, koozies and hats go in a collection with size variants and shipping or local pickup. Past years stay online as their own collection, which longtime attendees tend to collect. When next year's poster drops, an email signup on the homepage means the regulars hear about it first.
