How long before families can register?
Plan on 7-10 days once we have your logo, classroom photos and program details. Rush builds are possible when our schedule has room.
Can we take seat deposits and monthly tuition?
Deposits and registration fees are built in as products. Recurring monthly tuition can run through a Shopify subscription app; setting that up beyond the basics is a custom project.
Are there costs beyond the $999?
Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the theme. The $999 covers the custom theme installed on your store and configured.
Taking the paper form and the check out of pickup time frees your director for the part of the job only a person can do: talking with nervous parents. The theme handles the rest so a family can go from curious to committed in one evening.
