Custom Daycare Shopify Theme
Registration deposits, camp weeks and a spirit wear shop for daycares
The infant room fills first at nearly every daycare, which means the parent who can pay the registration fee tonight usually gets the spot over the one who planned to call Monday. Foxco builds a custom daycare Shopify theme that takes that fee at checkout, with registration and spot-holding deposits for each age group, drop-in days and school break care sold as products and summer camp weeks with variants by week. Spirit shirts and supply kits sit in a small shop parents can order from the car line. Tuition on autopay can run through a subscription app. It's $999 installed on your Shopify store and configured.

Daycare theme questions
Are we buying a stock childcare template?
No. Foxco starts from its Shopify framework for daycares and builds it out with your brand, age groups, programs and pages.
How long until parents can register?
Most daycare stores launch in 7-10 days once we have your logo, classroom photos and fee list. Rush builds happen when the schedule has room, which helps before fall enrollment.
Can parents pay tuition automatically each month?
They can, through a subscription app from the Shopify app store. We handle the basic setup and the Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
Can we show photos of the children?
Classroom pages are built for photos and many centers use shots of busy rooms or kids from behind. Whether to show faces is up to you and your families; most centers get written permission first.
That parent paying the registration fee at 9 p.m. has usually read the whole site twice already, so everything else on the theme exists to make that payment feel like the safe choice.
Holding a spot the fair way
Each age group, from infants to pre-K, gets a page with ratios, the daily rhythm and photos of the room. The registration product takes the fee and collects the child's age and hoped-for start date at checkout. When a room is full, a waitlist form takes over instead of a sold-out button that leaves parents with nowhere to go.
Camp weeks and break days
Summer camp weeks, teacher workday care and school break days sell as products with limited spots. Parents pick the weeks they need and pay in one cart, which beats a paper sign-up sheet on the front desk. Sibling pricing can run as an automatic discount in Shopify so nobody has to ask for it.
Tuition and the extras
Recurring tuition works through a subscription app from the Shopify app store; Foxco sets up the basics and more complex billing schedules become a custom project. Spirit wear, nap mats and supply kits round out a small shop. Licensing details and safety practices sit on their own page, written plainly for the parent comparing three centers.
