How soon can the portfolio go live?
Most portfolio stores go live in 7-10 days once we have your logo, images and descriptions. Rush jobs are possible depending on our bandwidth.
Can I sell limited edition prints?
Yes. Each edition is a product with inventory set to the edition size, so Shopify stops selling at the last print. Print-on-demand fulfillment through a Shopify app can be set up as a custom project.
Can clients pay a deposit on a commission?
Yes. A commission product takes the deposit through Shopify checkout and collects size, subject and deadline. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
That print request email is a buyer raising a hand. The gallery should let them finish the thought on their own, at midnight if they like, without waiting on you to reply.

Projects open in large, uncluttered layouts with captions and a short story behind each piece. The buy button stays small and appears only on pieces you've marked for sale, so the portfolio still reads as a body of work for the art directors and clients who came to hire you rather than shop.
Prints with real limits
Sizes, papers and framing options run as variants with their own prices. Limited editions use inventory counts, so an edition of 25 closes when the twenty-fifth print sells and the product page shows how many remain. Open editions can stay available indefinitely, with production lead times noted on each page.
Commissions with money down
Foxco adds a commission page that lays out your process, rates and turnaround, then takes a deposit through Shopify checkout with fields for size, subject and deadline. The balance goes through a second product once the piece is approved, which keeps every commission on the books and off a scattered trail of payment requests.
