Foxco builds a custom photographer Shopify theme that makes it easy, with mini sessions sold as products and time slots as variants, full sessions for portraits, families and headshots with a booking fee at checkout and a print shop for wall art, albums and holiday cards. Session gift cards go up in November for the people who would rather give a family photo than another sweater. It's $999 installed and configured on your Shopify store and it handles the booking rush while you're behind the camera.

Will my site be a template or custom?
Custom. It's a Shopify theme built from our photographer framework, then filled out with your brand, sessions, print products and portfolio.
How long before I can sell mini sessions?
Usually 7-10 days once we have your logo, images and session details. Rush jobs are possible when our bandwidth allows.
Can a mini session slot sell only once?
Yes. Each slot is a variant with a quantity of one, so Shopify shows it sold out once it's booked. A full calendar booking app can be added as a custom project if you'd rather work that way.
Can clients order prints from their session?
Yes. Prints and wall art are products with size and finish variants. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps, such as a print fulfillment app, are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
A full mini session weekend is the easiest money in portrait work when the booking takes care of itself, so the theme treats each slot as inventory that disappears the moment someone grabs it.
Slots that sell like products
Each mini session gets a product with time slots as variants and a quantity of one, so a slot marks itself taken when a family checks out. Location, outfit tips and what's included sit on the page. Full sessions for portraits, families, seniors and headshots get their own listings with a booking fee.
Prints and wall art
Prints, canvases, metal and albums come with size and finish variants and clear prices. Clients pick favorites from their gallery and order wall art straight from the store, while holiday card designs sell as their own collection every fall. Fulfillment through your lab stays in your hands, or a print app can be connected as a custom project.
Gift cards and team headshots
Foxco puts session gift cards on the homepage when the holidays roll around, since a family session is an easy present for grandparents to give. Companies booking team headshots can buy a package by headcount, which saves a round of emails with HR. Galleries split by session type keep the portfolio focused on a phone.
