Custom Church Shopify Theme
Lobby bookstore online, camp deposits and retreat registrations
Most churches have a lobby table stacked with study guides, devotionals and youth camp flyers, plus a cash box somebody has to count after the second service. Moving that table to Shopify lets the congregation buy the small-group book on a Tuesday and pay the camp deposit from the sidelines of a soccer game. Foxco builds churches a custom Shopify theme that keeps the store and the ministry side together, with a bookstore organized by series, retreat and camp registrations that track the spots left, deposit and balance products for trips and service times on the homepage so first-time guests still find what they came for. The theme is $999, installed on your Shopify store and configured by our team.

Church theme questions
Is the store a stock template or built for our church?
It's built for your church. We start from our Shopify framework for churches and build it out with your brand, your bookstore and the camp, retreat and visitor pages your people use.
When could it be ready?
Most church stores are ready in 7-10 days once we have your logo, photos and the products or events you want listed. Rush jobs are possible when our bandwidth allows.
Can we take camp deposits and collect the balance later?
Yes. Camp weeks get a deposit product and a balance product. Spots are capped by inventory, so registrations stop when the bunks are full. Automatic installment billing through a Shopify app can be added as a custom project.
Can members give online through the store?
We can add giving to the store or link to the giving provider you already use. Shopify has its own rules for accepting donations, so we check what fits your church first. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
Counting the lobby cash box eats into a volunteer's Sunday. It's also the only window most members have to buy what the church recommends, which means a lot of good books never leave the table. The online store keeps that table open on weeknights and puts camp sign-ups on the same checkout.
A bookstore that follows the series
Collections line up with whatever the church is studying, so when the pastor starts a new series the study guide, the kids' edition and the leader's kit sit together on one page. Bulk quantities for small group leaders work as variants and anything out of stock can take preorders until the next shipment arrives.
Camp sign-ups that count heads
Each retreat or camp week is a product with a fixed number of spots, so Shopify stops selling when the bunks are full. Parents pay a deposit at signup and the balance later through a second product, while the registration fields collect allergies, shirt sizes and emergency contacts along the way.
Guests still find Sunday
Foxco keeps service times, directions and a short what-to-expect section on the homepage, since plenty of people who land on the store are deciding whether to visit. Online giving can sit in the main menu as well, set up through Shopify or the giving provider you already use, so members never have to hunt for it.
