So you're looking for the elusive perfect 100 PageSpeed score on pagespeed.web.dev, correct?

That Sweet, Sweet 100 PageSpeed Score

You know that feeling when you run Google PageSpeed Insights and see anything above 90? Pretty good, right?

Now imagine hitting a perfect 100.

Not 99. Not "close enough." A straight-up perfect score that makes Google's algorithm do a little happy dance.

Is It Even Possible?

Short answer: Yes.

Longer answer: Yes, but it depends on your site.

We've gotten plenty of sites to that magical 100/100 mark. Clean code, optimized images, smart caching, no bloated plugins doing backflips in the background. It's doable.

But here's the thing - not every site needs a perfect score, and some sites have... let's call them "challenges." Like that page builder you love that loads 47 JavaScript files. Or that tracking pixel your marketing team says is "absolutely critical." Or the client who insists on autoplay video backgrounds because it's 2015 somewhere.

Sure basic sites can be fast but what about sites with huge databases and catalogs-- can they reach 100? This site has 250k pieces of content. One of our clients has a catalog of 500k product SKUs. It can be done.

What Actually Makes a Difference

The stuff that moves the needle:

• Images that aren't trying to win resolution awards - WebP, proper sizing, lazy loading
• Code that doesn't suck - Minified, deferred, actually needed
• A server that doesn't live in someone's closet - Good hosting matters
• Caching that works - Not just turned on, but actually configured (properly)
• Fonts that load sensibly - Self-hosted, preloaded, not pulling 9 weights you'll never use
• 100+ other possible things...

Want to Know If Your Site Can Hit 100?

Foxco can take a look under the hood -- and we'll tell you straight up:

1. "Yeah, we can get you there"
2. "We can get close, but here's what's holding you back"
3. "Not happening unless you feel brave enough for a new theme / website / platform / host / etc?"

We'll analyze your site for free and give you a real assessment - not a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. If we can hit 100, we'll tell you how. If we can't, we'll tell you why and what score is actually realistic.

Does a 100 Score Actually Matter?

Honestly? The difference between 95 and 100 is mostly just bragging rights.

The difference between 60 and 95? That's real money. Faster sites convert better, rank better, and don't make people rage-quit on mobile.

But if you want that perfect score - and you've got a site that can realistically get there - we're happy to make it happen. There's something deeply satisfying about seeing all green across the board.
