How long until members can log in?
Most membership sites are ready 7-10 days after we get your logo, photos and content. Rush jobs are available depending on bandwidth.
Can members pay and renew automatically?
Logins, member levels and locked content are built in. Recurring billing with automatic renewals, failed payment emails and upgrade paths can be added as a custom project with the payment provider you choose.
Can we move our existing members over?
Yes. Importing a smaller member list with their levels is part of setup. Large migrations that include payment history from another platform are handled as a custom project.
If renewals ride on what members find after they log in, the logged-in side deserves as much design attention as the homepage, which plugin default screens rarely give it.
