What kind of timeline should we expect?
We need 7-10 days after your logo, photography and product details reach us. Rush jobs depend on bandwidth, though we take them when we can.
Can guests book rooms or spa treatments through the store?
Rooms stay with your reservation system, linked from every page. Spa treatments can be sold as gift cards or prepaid packages through Shopify checkout; live treatment scheduling through a Shopify app can be added as a custom project.
Can we take deposits for weddings and group retreats?
Yes. Event packages can be set up as products with a deposit price and a notes field for dates and headcount. Note that Shopify bills the plan and app developers bill for paid apps, both separate from the $999.
