Can clients pay before the inspection?
Yes. Packages and add-ons are Shopify products, so clients pay through Shopify checkout when they book. A deposit up front with the balance later can be set up through an app as a custom project.
Can agents book for their buyers?
They can check out on the buyer's behalf, with the property address and buyer contact captured on the product page. Your Shopify plan and any paid booking app are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
