Single-item listings, daily new arrival drops and local pickup

$999 Installed and configured

Post a vintage designer jacket to your stories at ten in the morning and somebody will message you about it by 10:04, which is great right up until three people want it and none of them can check out. Foxco builds a custom consignment shop Shopify theme that turns that rush into sales, with single-quantity listings that drop off the moment they sell, a new arrivals collection sorted by date so regulars see what landed today and brand, size, measurements and condition on every piece. Local pickup covers the shopper across town and a consignor page lays out your split, accepted brands and drop-off days. It's $999 installed and configured on your Shopify store, which a couple of good handbags will cover.

Consignment Shop theme questions

Do I get a template or a custom store?

A custom store. Foxco starts from its Shopify framework for consignment and resale shops, then builds it out with your brand, your inventory and the consignor pages your sellers need.

When can we go live?

Usually within 7-10 days after we receive your logo, photos and content. Rush jobs are on the table if bandwidth allows.

Can consignors see what's sold online?

Consignor portals and split tracking come from consignment apps in the Shopify app store. We can install and style one as a custom project; the app's fees are billed by its maker, separate from the $999.

Will in-store sales take items off the website?

If you ring sales through Shopify at the counter, the same inventory updates online, so a piece sold in the store disappears from the site. If you use a different register, we'll talk through syncing options before launch.

Three people chasing one jacket in your messages is a nice problem with a messy ending, because two of them walk away annoyed. A checkout settles it in seconds and nobody has to referee.

One piece, one listing

Every item is listed as a quantity of one with photos, brand, size, measurements and an honest condition note. Once it sells, it drops off the collection pages automatically, so nobody falls for something that's already gone. Measurements matter a lot in resale, so the theme gives them their own spot right below the price.

Drops worth checking daily

The new arrivals collection sorts by the day pieces hit the floor, which trains regulars to check in every morning with their coffee. Filters for size, brand and category keep the hunt quick. Furniture and home pieces get a separate collection with pickup and delivery notes, since nobody ships a sideboard cheaply.

Consignors on the same page

Foxco builds a consignor section that spells out your split, consignment period, accepted brands and seasonal cutoffs. An intake form asks for photos first, which lets you pass on a box of fast fashion before it ever reaches the counter. Clear rules up front bring better inventory in the door and fewer awkward conversations.
