Custom Bus Company Shopify Theme
Per-seat day trips, charter deposits and fleet specs for coaches
A charter pays the bills, though some of the best days on a bus company's calendar are the trips you sell one seat at a time: the casino run, the Saturday ski trip, the coach to the rivalry game three hours away. Foxco builds a custom bus company Shopify theme for both sides of the business, with scheduled trips set up as products and seats tracked as inventory, so the coach is full before it leaves the yard. Charters get a quote form and a deposit that runs through Shopify checkout once the itinerary is set. Fleet pages show seats, restrooms, outlets and luggage space on each coach. That's $999 installed on your Shopify store and configured, ready for the first trip to go on sale.

Bus Company theme questions
Is this a generic transportation template?
No. The starting point is Foxco's Shopify framework for bus companies; from there it gets your brand, fleet, trips and charter pages.
When can we start selling trips?
Plan on 7-10 days once we have your logo, coach photos and trip schedule. Rush builds are possible depending on our bandwidth.
Can riders pick their seat on the coach?
Seats sell as general inventory for each trip. Seat maps and assigned seating come from apps in the Shopify app store and can be set up as a custom project.
Can a group leader pay for the whole group at once?
Yes. Group leaders can buy several seats in one order or pay a charter deposit. The monthly Shopify plan and paid apps come from Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999 build.
Seat-by-seat trips are a nice problem to have once the selling happens online; handled over the phone, they eat a dispatcher's entire week.
Day trips that fill on their own
Each trip gets a product page with the date, departure points, return time and what's included, from lift tickets to a meal voucher. Seat counts are tracked as inventory and the page shows sold out when the coach is full. Riders pay at checkout and their names land in an order list you can print for the driver.
Charters with money down
Schools, churches and teams still want to talk through an itinerary. The quote form collects dates, stops and headcount. Once you agree on a price, a deposit link through Shopify checkout holds the coach and the group leader gets a receipt they can hand to whoever approves the budget.
A fleet that tells the safety story
Fleet pages give each coach its own photos and specs. Foxco adds a safety page for driver standards, maintenance practices and your DOT number, which school districts and church committees ask about before anyone signs. Branded gear for the regulars on the casino run can sit in a small merch collection as well.
