Podcast Guest Booking

Episode pages, guest applications and sponsor info for podcasters

$999 Installed and configured

Somewhere around episode forty a podcast outgrows its feed: sponsors want to know who's listening, guests want to know what they're signing up for and listeners want the link to that book the host mentioned at minute thirty-two. Foxco builds podcasters a custom WordPress theme where every episode has its own page with an embedded player, show notes, timestamps and guest links, plus a guest application form, a sponsor page with ad formats and the audience details you choose to share and subscribe buttons for the major apps. The archive is searchable by topic and guest, so a new listener can binge the right ten episodes. You get all of it for $999 installed and configured.

Podcaster theme questions

Is this a stock podcast template?

Neither stock nor generic: it's custom. We start from Foxco's podcast framework and build it out with your show art, your brand and your episode archive so it feels like part of the show.

How long does setup take?

Count on 7-10 days once we have your logo, cover art, host photos and page content. Launching a new season soon? A rush is doable when our bandwidth allows it.

Can it bring in my existing episodes?

Episode pages can be created from your existing feed during setup, so the back catalog arrives ready to browse. Automatic imports of every new release can be added as a custom project.

Can I offer bonus episodes to paying supporters?

The theme includes a supporter page that points listeners to the membership platform you already use. A members-only area on your own site with gated episodes can be built as a custom project.

Episode forty is usually when hosts notice the back catalog doing more work than the newest drop. People find one episode, like it and go hunting for more; the theme makes sure they find it.

Show notes people use

Every episode page carries the player, a summary, timestamps and each link mentioned on air, from the guest's book to the tool the host keeps recommending. Listeners bookmark these pages, guests share them with their own audiences and a well-written set of notes keeps an old episode in circulation for years.

Guests who pitch themselves properly

The guest application form asks for the topic, a short bio, past appearances and links, so publicist pitches arrive sorted and complete. You read them on your own schedule and reply to the ones that fit the show without a string of emails just to get a headshot.

Sponsors with the facts they need

Brands want to know who listens, how ads run and what a package looks like before they get on a call. Foxco builds a sponsor page with ad formats, sample reads, the audience details you choose to share and a contact form for media buyers, so the conversation starts at dates and pricing.

An archive that keeps earning listeners.
