Custom Music School WordPress Theme
Lesson requests, teacher pages and recital calendars
Every music school gets the same calls in September and again in January: a parent asking whether a seven-year-old is old enough for piano or an adult who finally bought the guitar they've wanted since high school. Foxco builds a custom music school WordPress theme that answers before they dial, with a page for each instrument showing ages, lesson lengths and which teachers cover it, along with instructor bios that include a short audio or video clip. A trial lesson request form asks for instrument, experience level and the afternoons that work. Recitals, ensembles and summer camps sit on a calendar families will check. It's $999 installed and configured and it keeps the teaching rooms booked after school.

Music School theme questions
Template or custom theme - which is it?
Custom. We start from our music school framework and build a WordPress theme out with your brand, instruments, teachers and photos from your studio.
When can we start taking trial lesson requests?
In 7-10 days, once your logo, studio photos and teacher info are in. Rush jobs are possible if our bandwidth allows.
Can students schedule lessons online?
Trial lesson requests are built in and land in your inbox with instrument, level and availability. Online scheduling with teacher calendars and tuition payments can be added as a custom project.
Can teachers post audio or video samples?
Yes. Instructor bios support embedded audio and video, so a parent can hear the piano teacher play before booking a trial. Recital clips can go in the gallery too.
The back-to-school and New Year calls tend to ask the same few things, so the theme answers them in the order people wonder about them: what instrument, what age, which teacher and when.
A page for every instrument
Piano, guitar, voice, violin, drums and whatever else you teach each get a page covering starting ages, lesson lengths, what the first months look like and which instructors teach it. A parent unsure whether a six-year-old can start violin finds the answer without a phone call. Rental and purchase advice for first instruments can sit on the same page.
Teachers you can hear
Bios list training, performing background and teaching style, with room for an audio or video clip. Foxco lays them out so families can pick a teacher who fits their kid, which tends to mean a student who sticks with it past the first recital. Teachers can update their own bios and open slots from the dashboard.
Recitals, rules and the trial lesson
A calendar holds recitals, ensemble rehearsals, summer camps and studio closures. Lesson rates, makeup policies and practice expectations get a plain page parents can reread, while the trial lesson form collects instrument, experience and open afternoons so you can match the student before the first visit.
