Custom Dog Boarding WordPress Theme
Stay requests, vaccine uploads and holiday notices for dog boarding
Thanksgiving week fills up in September and the people who wait until November spend an afternoon calling every kennel in town, which is why a dog boarding website has to say what's open before anyone dials. Foxco builds a custom dog boarding WordPress theme with a stay request form for drop-off and pickup dates, a vaccine record upload so you're not chasing paperwork at the door and a photo tour of the runs, play yards and suites. Owners leaving their dog for a week want to see where it sleeps; show them that and the rest of the decision gets easy. It's $999 installed and configured, roughly what a few long holiday stays bring in.

Dog Boarding theme questions
Is this a template with my logo dropped in?
It's a custom WordPress theme. We start from our boarding and kennel framework, then build it out with your brand, your photos, your rates and your rules.
When can we go live?
Most boarding sites launch 7-10 days after we have your logo, photos and content. Need it faster for the holiday rush? Rush jobs are possible depending on bandwidth.
Can owners book and pay for stays online?
The stay request form is built in with dates, dog details and vaccine uploads; you confirm availability yourself. Live calendars with deposits can be added as a custom project.
Can I post webcam links or daily photos for guests?
The theme has a gallery you update from your phone and a spot for a webcam link if you already use a camera service. Private galleries for each guest would be a custom project.
Those November callers are worth thinking about, because they'll book with whoever answers their questions first and come back every holiday after if the stay goes well.
Requests with the details you need
The stay request form asks for dates, number of dogs, breed, age, feeding notes, medications and any history with other dogs. Vaccine records upload right there, so a missing bordetella shot gets caught at booking instead of at the front counter with a line of cars behind it. You still confirm every stay yourself and keep full control of the calendar.
A tour before the drop-off
First-time boarding is nerve-racking for owners. A photo tour of the runs, the play yards, the suites and the staff gives them a feel for the place before they ever pull in. Your daily routine, the feeding schedule and how you handle a dog who won't eat get their own section, which answers the questions that keep people up the night before.
Peak dates without the panic
Foxco adds a holiday banner you can switch on from the dashboard to show when summer weeks and major holidays are nearly full. Pair it with a meet-and-greet request for new dogs and your evaluation days stay organized, which keeps the pack calmer and the staff saner during the busiest stretch of the year.
