Can patients subscribe to a monthly plan?
Yes, through a Shopify subscription app that we install and connect to your plan products at a basic level. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and the app makers, separate from the $999.
Does the theme handle video visits and medical records?
The theme handles the storefront: plans, pricing, clinician profiles and checkout. Video visits, intake and records belong with a dedicated telehealth platform and we can connect your store to the right providers as a custom project. The theme alone doesn't make a practice HIPAA compliant.
