Is the theme custom or a template?
It's custom. We start from our nursery Shopify framework and build it out with your brand, your plant catalog and the pages your growers and gardeners use.
How quickly can we launch?
Most nursery stores are ready in 7-10 days once we have your logo, plant photos and stock list. Rush jobs are possible depending on our bandwidth.
Can some plants be pickup only?
Yes. Large trees and tender plants can be limited to local pickup or local delivery, while smaller hardy plants ship normally. We configure the shipping rules during setup.
Can you load our current inventory into the store?
A clean spreadsheet with names, sizes, prices and stock can be imported as products during setup. Ongoing syncing with an outside inventory system can be scoped as a custom project.
That narrow shipping window means the store has to know when to say yes, when to say pickup only and when to say wait until April. The theme builds those answers into every page so you aren't answering them by email.
Sizes, zones and honest notes
Each plant carries quart, gallon and larger pot sizes as variants with their own price and stock count. Hardiness zones, sun and water needs and mature size sit in a quick-read block under the photo, so a customer in a cold zone can spot the trouble before checkout. Shipping that follows the weather
Shipping rules can hold oversized or tender plants for pickup only, while the hardy stuff ships across the country. Seasonal banners announce when shipping opens or pauses. Foxco sets up local pickup and delivery for nearby customers, which is where trees, big shrubs and most of your spring flats end up going anyway.
Room for landscapers
Contractors buying by the dozen want a quicker path to the counter. A trade account request page collects company details and typical volume so you can set them up for wholesale. Discounted trade pricing through a Shopify app can be added as a custom project once the list of landscapers grows.
