When can I start taking bookings?
Bookings can start 7-10 days after your logo, photos and fee details reach us. Rush jobs are available depending on our bandwidth.
Can I charge per-signature fees through Shopify?
Your state sets the maximum per-signature fee, so we list notarial fees exactly as your rules allow and keep travel and convenience fees as separate line items. The theme doesn't make your pricing compliant; check your commission rules before launch.
Do booking apps cost extra?
Yes. A booking app has its own subscription, billed by its maker the way Shopify bills your plan; neither is part of the $999. We handle the basic setup and advanced scheduling rules can be a custom project.
