Is it a template I'd share with every other shoer?
No. Foxco starts from its Shopify framework for farriers and builds it out with your brand, services, route area and pages.
What's the timeline?
Most farrier stores are live in 7-10 days after we receive your logo, photos and content. Rush jobs are on the table depending on bandwidth.
Can I sell hoof care products and hand them off on my route?
Yes. Products can be set for local delivery or pickup so they ride along in the truck and get handed over at the next appointment. Shipping can be turned on too if you want to mail them.
Do I need paid apps to take bookings?
Payment at booking works through Shopify checkout as built. If you want clients picking their own time slots, a booking app from the Shopify app store can handle it; Shopify and the app makers bill for those separately from the $999.
Those Sunday nights chasing barn-aisle promises go away once owners pay when they book. The store also gives them good reasons to buy a little more while they're there.

Owners pay through Shopify checkout when they book, so you finish a horse, pack the anvil and drive to the next barn with nothing left to collect. Regulars on a six-week cycle can rebook from the same page in a couple of taps.
Rules for new clients
Every farrier has a list: horses caught and tied, someone present for the first visit, a level clean spot out of the wind. The new client page spells out those rules with a deposit product attached, which filters out the owners who were never going to have the horse ready when you pulled in.

Foxco sets up a small collection for the hoof dressings, supplements, pads and boots you already recommend at the barn. Owners order online and choose local delivery, so the tub of biotin is in the truck at the next appointment and the sale stays with you rather than the feed store across town.
