Yes. Touch-up pens and bottles are set up as products with a variant for each color code, so customers match the code on their door jamb sticker. A long list of codes can be imported from a spreadsheet and very large catalogs can be a custom project.
Can customers send damage photos with an estimate request?
The estimate request page is built in. Photo uploads run through a Shopify form app, which we can install and configure as a custom project.
Money a customer spends on purpose comes with higher expectations than money an adjuster approves, so the custom side of the store has to look as carefully finished as the work coming out of your booth.

A full respray or a restoration ties up a booth and a painter for weeks. Touch-up paint is a steady little seller for any body shop with the right codes on hand. Every code becomes a variant on a product page with a short guide to finding it on the door jamb, so customers order the right bottle themselves and your front desk stops reading paint codes over the phone.
Collision work explained once
Foxco gives collision customers a page that walks through the claim process in plain language: who calls whom, what a supplement is and why the repair can take longer than the adjuster's first guess. The estimate request sits right below it, along with photos of panels you've straightened and the rental and towing partners you work with.
