How long until it's live?
7-10 days is normal once we have your logo, photography and plan details. Rush jobs depend on bandwidth.
Can I sell plan sets as downloads?
Yes. Plan sets can be delivered as digital downloads through an app from the Shopify app store, which we set up with your files during the build. Licenses for one build or several can be offered as variants.
Can a buyer ask for changes to a plan they bought?
A modification request form sits on every plan page and collects what they want changed and where they're building. You quote the changes and send a draft order from your Shopify admin; anything more automated can be a custom project.
