Client Responsibilities (Client represents and warrants that they have full authority to grant access and all credentials provided are lawful and authorized)

Limitation of Liability (Foxco will perform services in good faith and with reasonable care, and Client understands inherent technical risks)

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services related to the claim

Client misuse of systems
Illegal content or activities on Client platforms
Violation of third-party terms of service
Intellectual property disputes related to Client materials
Foxco willful misconduct or gross negligence (indemnify Client for damages directly resulting)
